About these terms

These terms govern your use of TrulyFlirt: the website at https://trulyflirt.com and the TrulyFlirt plugin in ChatGPT. By creating an account or using TrulyFlirt, you agree to them.

These terms are a draft pending legal review. Before public launch we will name the legal entity that operates TrulyFlirt, which is the party you are agreeing with, and publish the final terms.

Who can use TrulyFlirt

• You must be at least 18 years old. TrulyFlirt is for adults 18+ only.
• You must be able to form a binding agreement, and the law where you live must not forbid you from using a service like this.
• You must not have been convicted of a sexual offense or a violent crime, or be required to register as a sex offender.
• You may have only one account, and you must not use TrulyFlirt if we have removed you before.
• The information you give us must be true, including your birth date.

Private beta and demo profiles

TrulyFlirt is in private beta. Features can change, break or be removed without notice.

In the current beta environment, the profiles you can browse are fictional demo profiles labeled "Demo". They are not real people, nobody is behind them, and you cannot meet them.

Before public launch we will move to a new production service. We will tell beta members whether their accounts will be carried over.

Your account and ChatGPT

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, or with Google. Keep access to your email and Google account secure, and never share a sign-in code with anyone, including ChatGPT.
• You finish onboarding on https://trulyflirt.com/onboarding. Your birth date, gender, the genders you want to meet and your location are collected only there, never in chat.
• When you connect TrulyFlirt to ChatGPT, ChatGPT can use your TrulyFlirt account when you ask it to: for example to like or pass on profiles, send messages, unmatch, block, report or delete your account. ChatGPT asks you to confirm before it takes an action that changes your data.
• You are responsible for the actions you approve. Messages cannot be edited or unsent once they are sent.
• Your use of ChatGPT is also governed by OpenAI's terms and policies.

Rules of conduct

When you use TrulyFlirt, you must not:

• harass, threaten, bully, stalk or intimidate anyone, or post hateful content;
• send or request sexual content, or offer or request sexual services;
• ask anyone for money, gifts, gift cards, cryptocurrency, investments or financial details;
• advertise, sell, recruit or send spam;
• impersonate anyone or create a fake or misleading profile;
• post or request anything involving a person under 18;
• copy, collect, publish or share other members' information, or try to identify members or find them elsewhere;
• access TrulyFlirt with bots, scrapers or other automation, except through the website and ChatGPT as intended;
• try to get around blocks, rate limits, the age check, bans or our security;
• break any law, or encourage anyone else to.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write on TrulyFlirt, such as your bio, prompt answers and messages.

You give us permission to store, process and display your content in order to run TrulyFlirt, including showing your profile to other members through the website and through ChatGPT, and delivering your messages to your matches. This permission ends when you delete your content or your account, except where we must keep data for legal reasons.

You must have the right to share everything you post.

Safety and no background checks

TrulyFlirt does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on its members, and we cannot confirm that anyone is who they say they are.

You are responsible for your own interactions with other members, online and in person. Read our safety guide, never send money to someone you have not met, and report anyone who makes you uncomfortable. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Moderation and enforcement

Automatic checks scan bios and messages. They can warn you about a message or stop a message from being sent.

We review reports and may remove content, limit features, or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, with or without notice. Where the law requires, we will tell you why.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time on https://trulyflirt.com/account or by asking TrulyFlirt in ChatGPT. Deletion is permanent.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering TrulyFlirt.

Fees

TrulyFlirt is free. There are no purchases or subscriptions. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you before they start, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Disclaimers

TrulyFlirt is provided "as is" and "as available" during the private beta. We do not promise that you will find a match, that the service will always be available or error-free, or that other members' profiles are accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of any member, on or off TrulyFlirt.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or takes away rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

Governing law and disputes

The governing law and the place for resolving disputes will be set out in the final terms, once the legal entity that operates TrulyFlirt is named. The mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live still apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page with a new "last updated" date and tell you about material changes before they take effect. If you keep using TrulyFlirt after that, the new terms apply.
